Students: How can Career Services help you?

In addition to academic pursuits here at Western, have you thought about personal development in the context of career aspirations?  Maybe you’re seeking  cover letter and resume review/editing in preparation to apply for a part time job or internship opportunity, or you’d like to research and follow companies or public services sectors of career interest to you.  If you have not visited the Career Services Center at WWU, located in Old Main 280, now might be the time to contact the center at 360-650-3240 to schedule a FREE appointment and meet one-on-one with a career counselor, or check out our events calendar and details about Viking Career Link, an online job and internship database exclusively for current WWU students/Alumni at wwu.edu/careers.  The Career Services Center is open Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM.

A few highlights for Fall Quarter include several upcoming collaborations featuring recruiters and representatives of health professional and graduate schools, non-profit and public service sectors and the business community.  Mark these upcoming events on your calendar to meet employers, explore programs and identify career opportunities!
