State announces changes to pension contribution rates
The Washington State Division of Retirement Services has announced the following changes to pension contribution rates:
The changes will only affect those WWU employees on the following pension plans: LEOFF, PERS, and TRS. The contribution rates for 2019-21 are presented in the charts below. The rates for LEOFF and PERS listed in the first chart are effective July 1, 2019. The contribution rates for TRS listed in the subsequent chart are effective Sept. 1, 2019.
