Solve Climate By 2030 webinar set for April 14

The Solve Climate By 2030 campaign is hosted by two students from the Huxley College of Environment and sponsored by Bard College of Environmental Policy and Western Washington University. The campaign's mission is to have students and educators #MakeClimateAClass by having educators assign these webinars as homework and to follow our post webinar discussion topics. There are over 400 interns from across the globe participating in this campaign trying to spread awareness and make a difference. Starting on April 6, 2021 there will be recorded webinars located around the world discussing environmental green recovery and what students can do to help improve it.

Washington state's webinar will be held on April 14 from 6-7:30 on Zoom. The link to sign up for the webinar is here and more information on the webinar here. There will be 2-3 speakers presenting at Washington's webinar about their professions, listing one action that should/is being done in Washington to advance green recovery, and one personal action students and others should do to help advance that solution. One of the presentation's will be about King County's 2020 Strategic Climate Action Plan. This is a great chance to hear about climate solutions, specifically in Washington. We hope you can make it!
