SmartHealth well-being assessment can earn Seahawks tickets

SmartHealth is sending two eligible employees and a guest to one of the following Seattle Seahawks games:

  • Seattle Seahawks vs. Denver Broncos on September 12, 2022
  • Seattle Seahawks vs. Arizona Cardinals on October 16, 2022

You must complete your well-being assessment by July 17 to be entered into the drawing.
