Services will continue while Print & Copy Center is remodeled

Western Today staff

The Print & Copy Center in Haggard Hall Room 110 on Western Washington University's Bellingham campus will be closed the week of June 15 through June 19 for extensive renovations to the ventilation system. Facilities Management will be working on redirecting and improving the ventilation flow in the Copy Center. The new ventilation changes will make working in the Copy Center more pleasant and safe.

While the Print & Copy Center physical location is closed, the Print & Copy Center staff will be processing orders and making deliveries from the Wilson Library 562/564 location of the Print & Copy Services office. The processing of cash orders will occur in the WL 562 location.

Orders can still be placed online, and the Copy Services e-mail address will be monitored continually. Arrangements have been made to process orders with an outside vendor while the Print & Copy Center is physically closed. Multiple trips per day will be made to pick up and deliver orders. The campus should not notice any difference in service.

To speak with Copy Center staff in person, drop by WL 562 or call the regular Copy Center number. Wilson Library will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the break week.

For more information about service during the construction week, please call Kathy Tadlock, Print & Copy Services supervisor, at 360-650-3545.
