Senior design students to showcase work June 9 at Senior Portfolio Show, with guest speaker Nicole LaRue

Western Washington University’s Department of Design is pleased to present the Senior Portfolio Show with over 40 graduating Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Arts students.

On display is an accumulation of portfolio work from throughout the program ranging from interaction design, motion graphics, editorial layouts, branding, packaging, production, service learning and more. The Department of Design takes pride in their hard working students and high quality work. They are excited to welcome friends, family, and members of the community into their world.

The showcase will be Friday, June 9 from 1-4 p.m. in the Academic Instruction Center West on the first and second floor lobbies. Prior to the show, there will be a guest lecture from 11:30-1:00pm in Rm 204 by guest speaker Nicole LaRue. She is a designer and illustrator from Portland, OR who has worked on amazing projects for clients such as Women's March on Washington campaign, Oxford University Press, and Modern Twist.
