Second episode of 'Western Window' now airing on BTV10

The second episode of Western Washington University’s new TV show, “Western Window,” is now airing on the City of Bellingham’s TV Channel 10.

Topics for this episode include the visit to campus of Academy Award-winner and alumnus TJ Martin, Western's Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic, the national champion men's basketball team, and faculty member Jianna Zhang and the robotics club.

The magazine format TV show is produced monthly by Western students. Nearly a year in the making, “Western Window” is intended to showcase the excellence of Western’s students, faculty and programs while also highlighting the university’s partnerships and collaborative efforts in the local community and beyond.

“Western Window” is hosted by Patrick Dizney, Western Theatre Arts Department senior instructor, and produced by WWU students participating in an internship class led by instructor Suzanne Blais.

BTV10 airs on cable television and on the city website. Viewers can check the BTV10 schedule to confirm airtimes.

For the next month “Western Window” will air on BTV10 at: 12:30 p.m. Wednesday and Sunday; 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and Friday, 9:30 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, and 11 p.m. Wednesday and Friday.
