WWU Small Business Development Center to Host Series of Effective Financial Management Classes

Western Washington University’s Small Business Development Center, in partnership with Artino Advisory Group, will offer five financial literacy courses for local business owners as part of its Effective Financial Management series from Dec. 2015 – Feb. 2016 at the SBDC office at 115 Unity St. #101.

Courses may be taken individually or as a series, are open to the general public and are priced at $50 per class or $200 for all.

The courses offered are as follows:

  • The Role of, and How You Spend, $$$: 7:30-9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 17
  • Understanding Margins and Using Them to Make Better Decisions: 7:30-9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 15
  • Strategies to Increase Your Bottom Line: 7:30-9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 12
  • The What, Why and How to Boost Business Growth: 7:30-9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 2
  • Cash is King! Are you Hoarding It or Spending It?: 7:30-9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb 23
