WWU’s Small Business Development Center Co-Sponsoring 'Meet the Buyers' Event on Feb. 8

Western Washington University’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will host a “Meet the Buyers” event from 10:30 a.m. – noon on Wednesday, Feb. 8 at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal in an effort to bring government agencies together with local businesses who can provide goods and services to these agencies. This event is co-sponsored by the Washington PTAC and the Port of Bellingham.

More than $23 million in goods, services and construction were purchased throughout Whatcom County in 2016 by the federal government. Learn from buyers of local Whatcom County government agencies what and how they procure goods and services.
