Western Washington University’s Small Business Development Center to Open New Satellite Office in Barkley Village Feb. 1

Western Washington University’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will open a satellite office in Barkley Village’s Corporate Office on Monday, Feb. 1.

“The Barkley Company’s generous space donation will enhance access to our support services in Barkley Village and surrounding area and provide additional access for north county business owners choosing to travel to Bellingham for services.” said CJ Seitz, director of the SBDC.

The SBDC’s main downtown office will continue to serve as the main office with its usual full staffing, said Seitz.

The new office will be open for client meetings on an as-needed basis. Clients wishing to schedule appointments with their business advisor in the new office location are encouraged to call the SBDC directly at (360) 778-1762.

The satellite office is a partnership between the university, the SBDC and Barkley Company. For more information about the satellite office or the services the SBDC offers to local business owners and entrepreneurs, contact the SBDC at the number above or e-mail sbdc@wwu.edu.
