Western’s Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) to present info sessions in May and April

Western Washington University’s Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages program will hold two info sessions this spring for students, staff, faculty and community members interested in learning more about the program and its offerings.

The info sessions will take place at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, and Wednesday, May 13, in Miller Hall Room 105 on Western’s Bellingham campus. All majors are invited to attend.

Western’s TESOL program prepares students for English-teaching and humanitarian employment opportunities in the public and private sector, international language schools, community language settings and more. The program offers flexible options, including online courses, face-to-face courses, a combination of the two or a summer intensive course. Current Western students and non-WWU students with 45 college credits or more are encouraged to apply.
