Registration for the 2018 Spring Quarter Faculty & Staff Wellness Program classes is now open!

We have a variety of fitness and wellness classes spread across campus: the Campus Rec Center, Carver, Old Main, and various outside locations! Most of our classes and programs from Winter are back for Spring, plus more:

  • Clubbell Yoga is a new class offered this term by our talented instructor Kate Stevenson.
  • Kate is holding FREE demo classes during Intersession: Tuesday March 27th and Thursday March 29th at the Student Rec Center Studio 201! No previous experience required.
    • The demo classes will be an introduction to Clubbell Yoga to learn and understand the fundamentals of the practice. Modifications can be made so all participants can be successful.
    • No need to sign-up, just bring your Western photo ID and let the REC front desk know you are there for the demo class.
  • New instructors: Claudia Wang teaching Tai Chi, and Dana Carr is back with Nia!
  • Darcie Hill is our new Wellness Administrator, Fitness Training and Advanced Cardio Instructor, and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). Take advantage of her FREE Nutrition and Wellness Consults!
  • Like us on Facebook to gain access to announcements, nutrition and wellness tips, and delicious and nutritious recipe ideas!

Spring quarter classes begin on Tuesday April 4th, 2018, and continue through Friday June 15th, 2018. Some of our classes will have a capped roster for this quarter, so please do not wait to register! We truly have a wellness class for every fitness and activity level.
