Ralph Vernacchia to speak on work-life balance at Wellness Program event

Ralph Vernacchia, director of the Center for Performance Excellence and the graduate and undergraduate sport psychology programs at Western Washington University, will speak on finding a healthy balance of work and life at an upcoming Lunch 'n' Learn event from the WWU Wellness Program.

The free event will take place from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, in SMATE Room 120 on the WWU campus.

Finding a healthy work-life balance can be difficult, especially during these economic times when people are being asked to do more and more with less and less. Vernacchia's presentation will provide an overview of the lifestyle principles that can promote a healthy work-life balance while incorporating dimensions of wellness to one's life.
