Ralph Vernacchia to speak on quality of life at Employee Wellness event March 10

Ralph Vernacchia, director of the undergraduate and graduate programs in sport psychology and the Center for Performance Excellence at Western Washington University, will present "Cracking the Quality of Life Code" from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, in Viking Union Room 552.

This Employee Wellness event is put on by the the Wellness Program at WWU as part of its free Lunch 'n' Learn series.

The wellness/quality of life connection is well documented in the exercise psychology literature, yet this connection and the happiness it brings is very often an elusive life goal for many of us. This presentation will provide an overview of the lifestyle principles that can promote the healthy pursuit of happiness and human performance.
