Prevention and Wellness Services’ ADCAS program recently launched Dry(ish) January, a 31-day alcohol-free(ish) campaign with daily tips and inspirations on facebook.com/wwupws.
Why the “ish” in Dry(ish)? We call it Dry(ish) January because the challenge is not about perfection, especially since changing or breaking habits can be difficult. If you want to do the challenge, it’s not too late to start. And, if you skip a few days somewhere in the middle, that’s okay, too! Dry(ish) January is about revisiting your relationship with alcohol to make sure it is serving you, and not the other way around.
