Public Service video winners invited to governor's mansion

Remember the Why Washington? video that we shared a while back?

To refresh your memory: A few months ago, Western Washington University created a video entry for a contest being held in conjunction with Public Service Recognition Week.

Out of 130 entries (all state agencies and higher education institutions were eligible to participate), Western's video was chosen as one of the Top 10. As a result, four of the WWU employees involved -- Dennis Dashiell, Enrique Castro, June Fraser Thistle and Sarah Crawford -- were invited to a celebration at Washington Gov. Jay Inslee's mansion.
