Public Records Request training set for April 22

Dear Public Records Request participants,

The Public Records Office (in Risk, Compliance and Policy Services) is in the process of implementing a public records system called GovQA to automate the processes below:

  • GovQA will allow members of the public to submit public records requests, the Public Record Officer to send notices about public records requests to department/employees within the University and for department/employees within the university to send responsive records electronically to the Public Records Officer.
  • GovQA provides more effective ways to manage and review records sent to the Public Records Officer; and
  • GovQA provides a user-friendly website which allows the Public Records Officer to upload files electronically to public records requestors.
