Policy on ensuring equal opportunity posted for 30-day review

The administration at Western Washington University has posted for 30-day campus review the following policy:

• University Administration: POL-U1600.02 Ensuring Equal Opportunity and Prohibiting Discrimination

The draft policy was reviewed by groups and individuals across campus and revised to reflect their input. A 30-day comment period is required prior to the final draft review by the President’s Cabinet. The policy will be posted through Feb. 8, and the campus community is encouraged to review the document at http://www.wwu.edu/policies/30dayreview.shtml.
