Policies from Academic Affairs, Enrollment and Student Services up for review

Two policies, one new and one revised, are open for public comment through May 21:

• Academic Affairs: POL-U3000.03 Training for End-User Information Security Awareness
• Enrollment and Student Services: POL-U8650.02 Selling Goods and Services to Members of the University Community

The policy on Training for End-User Security Information Awareness is a new policy, and the policy on Selling Goods and Services to Members of the University Community is a revised policy.

These policies were reviewed by groups and individuals across campus and revised to reflect their input. A 30-day comment period is required prior to the final draft review by the President’s Cabinet.

The policies will be posted from April 21 to May 21, and the campus community is encouraged to review these documents online. Written comments may be sent to policies@wwu.edu or to the University Policy Coordinator, mailstop 9015.
