PEBB open enrollment is happening now

Open enrollment is currently underway, and all requested changes to accounts must be received by Nov. 30.

If you are making changes to your account, you may do so online through My Account up until midnight Nov. 30. The My Account link is available on the PEBB website (www.hca.wa.gov/pebb). Keep in mind the HCA office will be closed on Nov. 26 and 27, so there will be no technical support. You may also complete a paper Employee Enrollment/Change form and email the form to Human Resources office at HR.Benefits@wwu.edu  or fax it to 360-650-2810. The email or fax must show a date that is no later than Nov. 30, 2015.

If you wish to enroll in or continue your flexible spending account or Dependent Care Assistance Program, you must do so no later than Nov. 30. You must re-enroll each year in the FSA and/or DCAP to continue, even if you don't wish to change your contribution amount(s). To enroll or re-enroll, visit Navia Benefit Solutions; select the Enrollment link to enroll on line. If you have difficulty with the website, complete a paper form by selecting the Forms link, printing the form and faxing it to 1-425-233-6366. The enrollment form must show a fax date that is no later than Nov. 30. Keep in mind Navia Benefit Solutions (formerly Flex-Plan Services) offices will be closed on Nov. 26 and 27.

All requested changes are effective Jan. 1, 2016.
