PEBB annual Open Enrollment period ends tonight
Time is running out for PEBB Open Enrollment 2021…have you made your changes?
- Make your changes online through My Account until 11:59 pm on Tuesday, November 30, 2021
- Submit a 2022 Employee Enrollment/Change form, 2022 Premiums Surcharge Attestation, and 2022 LTD Enrollment/Change form to your payroll or benefits office no later than Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
Medical Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), limited purpose FSA, and Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP)
- Enroll online through Navia Benefit Solutions website until 11:59 on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
- Submit the Open Enrollment form to Navia Benefit Solutions no later than Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
