Parking on campus during break? Here's what you need to know

[ Update: This story has been amended to reflect the fact that 11G is available for break parking, while 11GCP is not. ]

During winter break Dec. 14 to Jan. 3, vehicles displaying a valid fall, academic, annual or after-hours permit may park in the following lots: 5G, 7G, 11G, 14G, 17G, 19G, 22G, 24G, 30G, 32G, 33G, 12A, C, and all R lots. Permits are not valid in metered, reserved, carpool or disability spaces. Evening stamped commuter pack permits are not valid during intersession. 11GCP is not available for break parking.

Those who do not have a current permit may purchase one for the break online or at Parking Services. Only checks and cash are accepted in person.

New 2016 permits must be displayed beginning Monday, Jan. 4, when regular parking regulations will resume. Jan. 5 is the first day of classes for winter quarter.
