Panel discussion April 28 to explain AmeriCorps service

Western Washington University’s Career Services Center will play host to a panel discussion for students and graduates interested in exploring exciting opportunities with AmeriCorps. 

The AmeriCorps Panel Presentation with Current & Former Members will take place from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 28, in Viking Union Room 552.

The panelists are:

  • Leah Wood, Healthy Communities AmeriCorps VISA for the Whatcom County Health Department
  • Sophia Simonson, Washington Conservation Corps
  • Brock Muench, Washington Campus Compact College Access at Shuksan Middle School
  • Molly Donahue, AmeriCorps NCCC Alum, College Success Foundation, Program Coordinator

AmeriCorps is the third largest employer of recent college graduates from WWU.
