Office of Institutional Research offers "How to Use the Fact Book" in May

The Office of Institutional Research will  offer two sessions titled “How to Use the Fact Book” in May.  These sessions will go over data available in the Fact Book, how to access it, and how to answer some frequently asked questions like:

  • How has enrollment in my major/department/college changed over the last 10 years?
  • What is the average time to degree for students in my major/department/college?
  • Which classes have large waitlists?
  • What is the retention rate for new students?

There will be time for Q&A as well as feedback on how the Fact Book could be improved to assist with others’ work across the university.

The first session will be Friday, May 12 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. in CF231 and the second will be Tuesday, May 16 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in MH135.
