New Online Records Management Guidance from University Archives and Records Management 

University Archives and Records Management is excited to announce that we now have three new online help pages (you can also find links to these pages on our Help Guides and Training page). These guides are meant to answer common questions we’ve gotten since we’ve all been working from home:  

• Remote Records Management: Records Management at Home 

• Managing Chats and Instant Messages 

• Financial Records Management 

While we hope that these online resources are useful, we are still available for any questions or concerns via email (thomp41@wwu.edu) or phone (x6654).  

Additionally, we will be offering the following classes remotely this quarter:  

• Records Management Introduction and Q&A Session on Tuesday, Feb. 2 at 3 p.m.

• Digital Records Management Webinar on Thursday, Feb. 13 at 2 p.m.
