Multi-Factor Authentication Available Now: Keep the bad guys out of your account!

Beginning now and lasting through Spring quarter, the university will roll out Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA adds additional security to your universal account. It reduces the likelihood of your account being compromised from things like phishing attacks by requiring an extra verification step to make sure that the person trying to login to your account is actually you.

After you register, you will be able to add a safe and secure two-step verification method for your online credentials from a range of authentication options (such as mobile app notification, text message, or phone call) to access your applications.

You can learn more about the process on ATUS webpage or you can just opt in to MFA here if you want to get started now!
