With school starting Wednesday, Sept. 21, the many dining establishments on campus are beginning to open.

On Saturday, Sept. 17, Miller Market will open for the first time since the end of summer quarter, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Zoe's Bookside Bagels, the lone dining option on campus for the past several weeks, also will be open Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Then on Sunday, the three dining commons on campus -- Ridgeway Commons, Fairhaven Commons and Viking Commons -- will be open for dinner, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Ridgeway Commons was extensively renovated during this past summer.

Starting Monday, every dining location on campus will be open except for the Underground Coffeehouse, Rock's Edge Cafe and The Haven P.O.D. That means that the new and renovated offerings -- Subway, Burger Studio and The Atrium Starbucks, for example -- will be open for the first time. A complete list of hours through Sept. 20 is available online.

Regular hours for all locations begin on Wednesday, Sept. 21, when school begins. For more information, check out the University Dining Services website.
