Let Western know you’ve been vaccinated!

Letting us know you’ve been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 is voluntary but incredibly helpful in evaluating Western’s “community immunity” and planning for increased onsite operations.

You can let us know by completing the Vaccination Submission form. 

Thank you for your continued dedication and efforts to keep Western safe.  And even after vaccination, don’t forget the three W’s:  Wear a mask.  Wash your hands.  Watch your distance.
