Last discussion on draft parking plan is April 7

For two and a half years, Western Washington University has been reviewing its parking system. The review includes capital and maintenance planning, finances, operations and policies.

The committees conducting the review, the Parking and Transportation Advisory Committee and the Parking and Transportation Capital Implementation Advisory Committee, have finalized much of their work and have submitted their Draft Comprehensive Parking Master Plan for campus review.

A second town-hall meetings is scheduled fpr April 7 to discuss the plan; the first was held Wednesday, April 1. The April 7 meeting will be held from 11 a.m. to noon in SMATE Room 150.

The draft plan also will be brought to the Board of Trustees at their April meeting.
