Intersession Parking Information

Parking permits are required in all parking lots during the intersession, Dec. 12-31. Evening and weekend parking regulations remain unchanged and in effect. Parking will be suspended on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2, with the exception of load zones, disability and reserved spaces.

Intersession Permit Option

Intersession permits will be available to all parkers through the Parking Portal https://wwu.edu/ps/park beginning Monday, Dec. 5. These permits are $20 and are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Intersession permits are valid Monday Dec. 12 thru Sunday Jan. 1.
  • Intersession permits are valid in lots: 7G, 14G, 17G, 19G, 22G, 24G, 30G, 32G, 33G, 12A, and C. To review these lots please refer to our parking map online http://www.wwu.edu/ps/doc/pk/ParkingGuide.pdf.
  • Reserved, carpool and disability spaces remain restricted.
  • Individually signed Parkmobile spaces in 7G, 17G and C lot require payment through Parkmobile.

Current Permit Holder Information

Current permit holders must park in their assigned lot. Current permit holders may purchase an Intersession Permit if they wish to move to another lot during the break. Part-time permits remain valid only for the time purchased. Permit holders may review their permit details through the Parking Portal.

 

Winter Quarter Permits are valid beginning Monday, Jan. 2.
