Incidents of indecent exposure, voyeurism reported near campus

The Bellingham Police Department is investigating a series of incidents of indecent exposure and voyeurism that are occurring near the Western Washington University campus. Officers are seeking assistance in the identification and arrest of the person responsible. A list of incidents that have been reported to BPD are listed in this community advisory from Western Washington University Police. The BPD released a composite sketch of the suspect Friday afternoon.
