In Memoriam: Evelyn Wright

Evelyn Wright, associate professor Emeritus of the English Department at Western Washington University and the associate editor of Western’s Journal of Educational Controversy, passed away on Sept. 22. A memorial service for her will be held on Saturday, Nov. 4 at 1 p.m., followed by a reception at St. John's Lutheran Church, 2530 Cornwall Ave., in Bellingham. Wright came to Western in 1972 and retired in 1996.
