Free food distribution for students continues this summer
Western Washington University will be offering free food pickup for students over the summer every Thursday from noon to 2 p.m. on Vendor's Row in Viking Commons.
- Pick up a bag of non-perishables and a box of farm-fresh organic produce
- Walk-through, bike-through, and drive-through contactless pick-up options available
- Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available
- Wear a face mask and bring your WWU student ID
For students who are interested in contactless, curbside food pick-up:
- Please park at the designated loading spot in Lot 11G (next to the P.A.C.) on Thursdays from noon to 2 p.m.
- Call (360) 389-3568 to let us know which type of food bag you would like (omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free); if you would like a box of produce; and/or if you would like some spices to add flavor to your food.
- The free food pop-up is located at Viking Commons, so it will take about 5-10 minutes for us to bring your food. As such, please do not idle your car.
