Western Today staff

Pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation issued on Feb. 13, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee has directed that Washington state and U.S. flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff immediately in honor of U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia.

Flags should remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on the day of interment.
