Flags lowered Friday, Nov. 22, in memory of JFK

Gov. Inslee has directed that Washington state and United States flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff as per President Obama’s proclamation on Friday, Nov. 22, for a Day of Remembrance for President John F. Kennedy.

Flags should remain at half-staff until close of business Friday or first thing Monday morning, Nov. 25.

Other government entities, citizens and businesses are encouraged to join this recognition.
