Faculty, staff may play intramural sports

Summer quarter intramurals at Western Washington University are right around the corner, and all faculty and staff are invited to participate and join in the fun. Team sign-ups run until Tuesday, July 2, so get your team together now.

This summer, three sports are available:

• 3-on-3 basketball: Thursdays from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Wade King Student Recreation Center
• 6-on-6 soccer: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 p.m. to midnight on the turf field
• Kickball: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 to 9 p.m. on Carver Field

The cost to participate in any sport is $60 per team. Soccer and kickball teams will play twice a week and basketball teams will play doubleheaders.

The deadline to sign up is Tuesday, July 2, and games begin the week of July 8.
