Faculty invited to attend fall commencement Dec. 12

The Registrar’s Office would like to invite faculty to attend the fall commencement ceremonies held on Saturday, Dec. 12, in the Performing Arts Center. Three ceremonies will be held, times and details are listed below.

Faculty are asked to attend the ceremony in which their college is represented. The master’s graduates will all be in ceremony two.  Departments or participating faculty are asked to submit names and associated departments no later than Friday, Nov. 13, by emailing Emily Marrs at Emily.Marrs@wwu.edu. (After Nov. 13, please contact Dixie Doran.)

• Ceremony One: 9 a.m. - Candidates from Fine & Performing Arts, Fairhaven, Huxley, and Woodring will attend.
• Ceremony Two: Noon - Candidates from Science & Engineering, Business & Economics, and the Graduate School will attend.
• Ceremony Three: 3 p.m. - Candidates from Humanities & Social Sciences will attend.

Faculty who need regalia for the ceremony can email Scott - Royal T Papers at Scott@RoyalTPapers.com.  Please provide the following information in the email:

• Height
• Weight
• Highest Degree
• Institution
