Faculty are invited to attend winter commencement

The Registrar’s Office would like to invite faculty to attend the winter Commencement ceremonies on Saturday, March 18, in the Performing Arts Center.

All master’s graduates will all be in ceremony two. Departments or participating faculty are asked to submit names and associated departments no later than Friday, March 3, by emailing Emily Marrs – Emily.Marrs@wwu.edu.

Ceremony One: 9 a.m. - Candidates from Fine & Performing Arts, Fairhaven, Huxley, and Woodring will attend.
Ceremony Two: noon - Candidates from Science & Engineering, Business & Economics, and all the Graduate School will attend.
Ceremony Three: 3p.m. - Candidates from Humanities & Social Sciences will attend.

Confirmation and complete details will be sent to those attending.

Faculty who need regalia for the ceremony can email Scott at Royal T Papers at Scott@RoyalTPapers.com. Please provide the following information in the email: name, height, weight, highest degree, and institution.
