There’s still time to qualify for Seahawks tickets!
There are just two weeks left to gain automatic entry into the drawing for Seahawks tickets! If you have already earned your 2,000 points in 2016, you will be automatically entered into the drawing.
To qualify for the drawing, complete these steps by September 30, 2016:
- Register for the SmartHealth program.
- Complete your SmartHealth Well-being Assessment.
- Join activities and earn 2,000 total points.
Don’t miss out! You could be one of the two lucky winners who will receive two tickets to the Seattle Seahawks vs. Carolina Panthers game on December 4, 2016. Winners will be notified the week of October 3–7, 2016.
