Faculty and staff may apply for parking beginning July 13

Online application for faculty and staff parking permits begins at 8 a.m. Monday, July 13. No early applications will be accepted.

The applicant's vehicle license plate is required.

Applications received after 8 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, will be considered late. Late applications are issued a lot assignment after all the on-time applications have been assigned.

A link to the parking map is here. Applicants should use Internet Explorer for best results.

Applicants may choose up to three lots, and they will remain on the waitlist for preferred lot(s) to which they were not assigned. Lot 12A will be available to purchase in the office for those who are not awarded one of their three choices.

Information on how permits are awarded is online here. Information on permit pricing (subject to change) is here.

Alternative transportation users (those who bus, bike, walk or carpool) may choose among lots 7G, 14G, 17G, 19G, 22G, 24G, 32G and 12A Scratch Permit (formerly Commuter Pack).

Carpool participants may choose among 11G, 17G, and 26CP Carpool lot choices. Carpool participants must be in a valid WWU carpool with WWU faculty and/or staff. Their carpool partner(s) can also apply for Scratch Permit lot choices.

Applicants will receive an invoice in early September via WWU email. It will include the lot assignment, an online payment link and a payroll deduction link. Those paying by payroll deduction should be sure to choose that when completing the payment process.

Those with special requests or who need further assistance may contact the Parking Office at 360-650-2945 or email parking@wwu.edu.
