Extended Education courses upcoming

A couple of courses from WWU Extended Education are coming soon:

  • WWU Grammar for Editors Course: Western Washington University’s course “Grammar for Editors” provides an intensive review of grammar issues commonly faced by editors who prepare material for print or online publication. This is a hybrid course, involving online work in addition to four evening class sessions. The course is open to the public and begins Jan. 7.   • WWU Modern Memoir Course: Award-winning author Laura Kalpakian will lead Western Washington University’s “Giving Narrative Voice to the Past” course. Attendees can develop memoir-essays with narrative voice and structure to include central elements of literary expression (scenic depiction, dialogue, detail and the dramatic arc).
