Employees: PEBB Program Open Enrollment Ends Friday, Nov. 30

Time is running out to make health plan changes. Make sure you’ve thought of everything:

  • Are you planning to change your medical or dental plan?
  • Are you planning to add a dependent to your PEBB medical or dental plan?
  • Have you been asked to attest to the spouse or state-registered domestic partner coverage premium surcharge for 2019?
  • Are you considering enrolling (or re-enrolling) in the Medical Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) and/or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP)?

If so, you have until Friday, November 30, 2018, to make all changes for 2019.

Medical and dental changes can be made:

  • Online through My Account until midnight November 30, 2018. Or,
  • By submitting a completed 2019 Employee Enrollment/Change form. Your benefits office must receive your form (and any other required documents, such as valid dependent verification documents) no later than November 30, 2018.

Update your attestation to the tobacco use premium surcharge or the spouse or state-registered domestic partner coverage premium surcharge attestation:

Enroll in the Medical FSA or DCAP:

  • Online at Navia Benefit Solutions. Or,
  • By submitting a completed Open Enrollment Form to Navia Benefit Solutions as instructed on the form.
  • Navia Benefit Solutions must receive your form no later than November 30, 2018.
