Employees: PEBB open enrollment reminder

The 2022 PEBB annual open enrollment ends Tuesday, Nov. 30.

If you are planning to make changes to your medical or dental plan, add or remove a dependent, update your spouse or state-registered domestic partner (SRDP) premium surcharge attestation, or reduce your employee-paid long-term disability (LTD) benefit, remove a dual enrollment issue:

  • Log into My Account to change your plans, remove a dependent, attest to the spouse or SRDP premium surcharge, or reduce or opt out of the employee-paid LTD benefit before 11:59 pm on Tuesday November 30, 2021. Adding a dependent that is not already listed on your account requires a paper form.
  • Or, if you can’t use My Account, complete a 2022 Employee Enrollment/Change form to make your plan changes and add or remove dependents. If you have been asked to reattest to the spouse or SRDP premium surcharge, complete a 2022 Premium Surcharge Attestation and submit to hr.benefits@wwu.edu.
  • If you can’t use My Account, and you wish to change your LTD benefit, complete the 2022 LTD Enrollment/Change form and submit to hr.benefits@wwu.edu.

Forms and any required dependent verification documents must be received no later than Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

Or maybe you planned to enroll in the Medical Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), limited purpose FSA or the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP).

  • Enroll or reenroll online through the Navia Benefits Solutions website or complete the Open Enrollment If you are enrolling by completing the paper form, Navia Benefit Solutions must receive the form no later than November 30, 2021.
