Employees: PEBB annual open enrollment begins Nov. 1

The Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) Program's annual open enrollment begins Sunday, Nov. 1 and ends Monday, Nov. 30, 2020.

Open enrollment is your opportunity to make changes to your health plan benefits. All changes made during open enrollment are effective Jan. 1, 2021.

  • What changes can you make? Learn about the changes you can make on the HCA website at Open enrollment (PEBB) under What changes can I make? You can also read the article in the October For Your Benefit newsletter.
  • How do I make changes? Log in to PEBB My Account and submit your changes between November 1 and November 30, 2020. Or, submit a scanned paper form to HR.Benefits@wwu.edu.  The forms will be available on the HCA website under Forms & publications starting November 1.  
    • Making changes online at PEBB is preferable to paper forms this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  All changes can be made online with the exception of adding new dependents. Please email HR.Benefits@wwu.edu if you have any questions.
