Diplomat Dorothy Ngutter to discuss careers, internships with WWU students May 14

On Monday, May 14 Diplomat-In-Residence for the Northwest Region Dorothy Ngutter will be visiting Western Washington University to provide guidance and advice on careers, internships and fellowships with the U.S. Department of State.

With 14 years of international and domestic experience in the U.S. Diplomatic Service, Dorothy will address classes and hold a campus-wide ‘Chat with the Diplomat’ open forum for students from 3:30-5:00 pm in Communication Facility 25. The event is sponsored by the Career Services Center, the Political Science Department, the International Affairs Association, and the Political Science Association.

This is a fantastic opportunity for students considering working in the diplomatic service to meet with a career foreign service officer.  More details about Dorothy Ngutter and her background with the U.S. Department of State can be found here
