Dining: What's open on campus this summer?

With spring quarter in the books, dining options will be pared back. Here's what's open through summer quarter:

This week, June 13 to 17, three options are available. The Viking Union Cafe, the VU Market and Subway all will be open. The cafe is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., while the other two are open from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Panda Express comes online on Monday, June 20. And when summer quarter begins on June 21, Zoe's Bookside Bagels, the Atrium POD and the Atrium Starbucks will be open. All options will be closed on Saturday and Sunday.
