Design Speaker Series hosts architect Brad Cornwell April 10

The Department of Design will host architect Brad Cornwell April 10 at 6 p.m. in Fraser Hall Lecture Room 1. The lecture is free and open to the public.

Cornwell is a Principal of RMC Architects, a 15-per­son architecture firm based in Bellingham, Washington. He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon. Prior to joining RMC in 1994, Cornwell practiced in Port­land, Oregon as well as the Midwest. The RMC practice focuses on commercial, public and institutional architecture, connect­ing architecture to place. Brad believes that buildings and structures in which we live, work and recreate, define how we experience the world. Accordingly, he is committed to human scaled, sustainable buildings which elevate our aspirations.

Free parking is available after 4:30 p.m. in the lots marked C/CR and 12A at the south end of campus along Bill McDonald Parkway.
