Consider the Career Services Center on Give Day

This is the second year that the Career Services Center will participate in Give Day!  Last year we asked for support of our new Career Closet and were very grateful for the positive response.  This year with the loss of revenue from the Spring Career Fair, and the anticipated loss from our Fall events, the Career Services Center is once again, humbly asking, for our community’s help.  We know that continuing to develop collaborative partnerships, resources, and technical platforms that benefit Western Students and Alumni is critical as we navigate these economic uncertain times.

Funding received through WWU Give Day will be used for:

• Development of customized events
• Offering  of reduced-cost assessment testing
• Enhancement of support resources, such as the development of a job/internship search club and promotion of career mentorship options through WE Connect

Donate anytime during the 24-hour period on Thursday, May 28 by either visiting the Career Services Center Give Day Page at  https://wwugiveday.wwu.edu/gdcareerservices20, or consider making a donation prior to May 28 by visiting www.wwu.edu/give and selecting the Career Services Center as a recipient or contact the Alumni Association about payroll deduction options at giving@wwu.edu.
