Concrete floor for new Miller Hall collaboration space to be poured Tuesday

On Tuesday morning, Nov. 23, workers from Dawson Construction will place the concrete subfloor for the radiant heat panel in the new courtyard collaboration space in Miller Hall.

A concrete pump truck will be stationed on the east side of the building and with an attached boom and hoses will pump the concrete over the building into the collaboration space.

No major disruption is anticipated to the the occupants of Miller Hall, but there will be some noise associated with the concrete placement that likely will be heard in the food service area and courtyard facing offices.
