Career Services Center offers in-person Just In Time Job Fair May 25

Have you forgotten what in-person job fairs are like, or wondering what they are?  The Career Services Center is hosting an IN-PERSON Just in Time Job Fair in the Viking Union Multipurpose Room on Wednesday, May 25, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. 

There’s something for everyone at this free event, which is open to students of all class levels, declared or undeclared majors, and alumni. Students from nearby community colleges or community members may also attend.    

Soon-to-be-graduates can meet with local and regional staffing agencies, such as Express Employment, ScribeAmerica and Maxim Healthcare Staffing, who are hiring on-site for part-time, full-time and seasonal jobs. And if you’re interested in working at WWU, Western’s HR department will also be there.   

Undergraduates looking for summer or on-campus jobs can learn about hundreds of opportunities from the WWU Student Employment Center and campus departments such as Facilities Management, Recreation, and Housing.

·         FREE LinkedIn photos and LinkedIn profile reviews (limited space, available to WWU students and alumni only)

A job fair “sneak peek” to learn more about staffing agencies directly from the agency recruiters and to review event logistics will take place on Monday, May 23, from 3-4 p.m. (virtual on Zoom).
